Good vibes, and generous portions.
In Angus, expect good food and ABYSMAL service. For starters - it took a while to grab any attention from the waitresses, and they weren't pleased to serve us - at least that's how it looked. After we ordered, it took over 50 minutes for the sandwiches to even arrive, to the point we were almost about to get up and leave. In the meanwhile we also had to ask for water on several occasions before we got answered, again, with uncaring attitude. By the way - even though they had made several mistakes with our order, we didn't bother to tell them because we would have waited for even longer... Other than the service, the sandwiches themselves and the meat were good, the dishes are quite generous, but it is absolutely not worth the hassle.
Got an order that was missing a meal asked them to resend it and all they replied was I have refunded you for the missing meal :( not cool, need to work on customer service a little... Someone is now without food. EDIT: I'm moving the rating from 1 to 3 stars as I had used an app called Tenbis to make the order and it was partially their fault as well. Plus this happened on the eve of passover so they were likely swamped with orders.
I love the Angus sandwich with egg on top. I go to this branch often.
Didn't even get passed the entrance. I went on a busy day and the tables in front of me were piled up with dirty dishes form previous customers, disgusting. There were kids and families, lots of noise and two staff running around. After 5 min without the staff even acknowledging us, I just decided to leave. It's rare that I would walk out like this, even in Israel.
